Below are instructions for integration Kayako's eSupport help desk into your billing system.
Step 1: Copy all the files in modernbill directory of package to include/html/custom directory
Step 2: Copy key.php to include/html/custom/admin directory
Step 3: Edit include/html/custom/admin/config.php with existing eSupport database information
Notes: There are no code changes or settings that need to be modified. eSupport will now replace your default Client area help desk.
